I reached out to Top Quality Plumbing for a second opinion after discovering a water spot on my bathroom wall. The first plumbing company had sent a mitigation team to "look for the leak" and quoted me $1,600 to cut a hole in the wall for their investigation. Fortunately, I contacted Top Quality Plumbing, and they scheduled a visit for the very next day. I can't speak highly enough about their service. Idan came out and was extremely thorough, explaining that the issue likely stemmed from my roof rather than a plumbing pipe. They cut a hole exactly where the wet spots were, and it turned out no pipes were involved. They did all of this for a fraction of the cost quoted by the first company. Top Quality Plumbing impressed me with their professionalism, expertise, and transparency. They were upfront about the process and costs every step of the way. If I ever run into any plumbing issues in the future, I’ll definitely be reaching out to them again. Highly recommend!

I am a local Realtor and needed a plumber for a house that I am Listing. They gave me a time frame but showed up over 2 hours late.. I had a quote to replace an exceeding easy to reach hot water heater due to a gas leak . It was over $2000!!! I had to move on...... UPDATE - Owner of company reached out with an apology and let me know he was sorry for the lack of communication. Because he made an effort to "fix" the issue and called me, I am changing my review. I cannot recommend the Service / Performance of the company as I did not use them but went with another. New hot water heater was installed seamlessly and completed Before lunch.

Daniel was very professional together with another staff he was with. He answered all my questions with good information. Though one part is not yet available to do my water heater tank maintenance, he ordered it quickly and gave me a timeframe on when he would come back to do the job. Meantime, he offered to install my garbage disposal equipment while he was available and did it swiftly, checked for normal function without leaks. He gave me a reasonable price for all the works I needed. He was the 3rd plumber I reached out to so far. But I like the way he focused on my water issues & provided honest recommendations.
